How long does it stay cold?

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
Absolutely! We offer drop shipping services for coolers and Drinkware. You can send individual items to different addresses, but we can’t ship partial drinkware cases. Connect with our team for details and pricing assistance.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, we ship World Wide.

How long for delivery?

Standard delivery of custom products typically takes 10-15 business days.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

No. All orders are final.

Can you handle rush orders?

We strive to accommodate specific timelines whenever possible. Let us know your desired timeframe, and we'll do our best to make it happen. (This focuses on effort and sets expectations.)

How can I see the status of my order?

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Can you help me with my design?

We can help provide a proof to see how your order will look before hand. We recommend finalizing any logo & designs with a designer on your side before submitting.

How many units do I need to order?

The minimum amount of units will be stated in the title of the product. At minimum, Limitless bottles are ordered by the case (in bulk), and require 15 units minimum per order. If you order a quanity of 2, that would be 2 cases and thereford 30 units and so on.

Qty 1 = 15 units

QTY 2= 30 UNITS

QTY 3= 45 UNITS

 

When will "x" color arrive?

Select colors & sizes will be allowed for engraving with more added over time. This is a new division that is growing!

Can I personalize items in my order?

You currently can upload an image of your choosing (.png, .jpg). Any upload you add, it will apply to the bulk order.

Does every case of Drinkware need to be the same type and/or color?

For drinkware, each case must be the same size and color.

How long does it stay cold?

We call this bottle the Limitless bottle because of the limitless capability. Each limitless bottle includes 3 lids, all of which have different purposes based on what you are using it for and also hold temperature differently.

  • Chug Lid v1.0: Up to 36+ Hours COLD
  • Flip Top Lid v4.0: Up to 36+ Hours COLD
  • Sip Lid v1.0: Up to 24+ Hours COLD (open top lid)

Some of our bottles like the 1-gallon can stay cold past 100+ hours. We are continuously improving and engineering COLDEST bottles to be colder every year.

Does COLDEST bottles fit the Cirkul lids?

Yes! The Limitless™ Bottle (COLDEST handle bottle) fits CIRKUL lids! our wide mouth bottle fit CIRKUL bottles! These sizes include: 14oz, 18oz, 24oz, 32oz, 40oz, 64oz, Universal Shaker Series, Limitless™ Series (bottle with handle).

How do I install the Paracord on my Limitless Bottle (Optional add-on).

What if I don't like it?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all COLDEST products. If you don't love it, will refund you 100% and even cover shipping back. Email support@coldest.com with your order number to get started.

My Handle is loose? Can I make it tighter?

Absolutely. There are two small screws under the handle. Any small screw driver will work. Turn the screws clockwise till your happy. Try not to overturn though. Alternatively - you can take the handle off, if you don't want to use it.

When will "x" color arrive?

You can sign up for notifications per color to get alerts when the color will drop!

What is the small cone attachment?

Your're likely referring to The Blendinator. Twist that onto the bottom of chug lid to turn your limitless bottle into a shaker bottle! You can blend protein powder, pre-workout powders, and much more. Take it off when your not using. Be sure to rinse it between each us
