CARE
Freezing Instructions:
1. Keep the freeze sleeve inside of the supplied bag and place in freezer for a minimum of two (2) hours;
2. Once your freeze sleeve is cold, take it out of the bag and slip it on your treatment area;
3. Your freeze sleeve may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use;
4. Always remove your freeze sleeve prior to defrosting the freezer.
Note: Always store product in a plastic bag while in freezer

WHY COLDEST ICE PACKS
Sizing is adjustable, please use this as a guide:
Small - Bust & Waist: 26 inches - 44 inches
Medium - Bust & Waist: 38 inches - 46 inches
Large - Bust & Waist: 40 inches - 55 inches
To Use:
1. Completely submerge ice vest under water before first use for 2030 until all the bubbles fill. You will only need to do this once or as needed. Use a bucket, sink, or tub.
2. Once vest pouches have expanded and feel full, let vest dry off. Store in Freezer for at least 3 hours before use.
3. You will not need to resoak vest for each use. Only if vest loses a lot of water. There is a reaction inside the vest that allows it to hold and expand with the water.
