Great lid and customer service

I wanted a more convenient lid for my standard size mouth, 24oz Hydro Flask water bottle so I ordered the Coldest Water Sports Cap. The lid has a tight seal and doesn’t leak when I throw it in my bag. The 24 oz Hydro Flask is a pretty tall bottle so the only issue I had was the straw that came with the lid was a bit too short which left a few undrinkable ounces at the bottom of my bottle. I contacted the Coldest Water customer service and they responded within a few minutes and said they’d send me a longer straw first thing the following morning. Great customer service!!
