A children’s YouTube channel featuring Ryan Kaji, who is eight years old as of October 2019. Ryan was born to Sean Kaji and Loann Kaji, and he is a brother to Emma and Kate who are twins. Ryan is of mixed ethnicity of a Vietnamese mother and a Japanese father. Since he was born by mixed-race parents, Ryan is of mixed ethnicity of a Vietnamese mother and a Japanese father. Ryan’s YouTube channel was established in 2015 when he was just about three years old. The Verge has portrayed the channel as “a concoction of an individual video blog and ‘unpacking’ video, a mix of honest youth shenanigans and steady, frequently overpowering industrialism.”As per Forbes’ magazine, in 2016-2017 Ryan was the eighth-most generously compensated YouTube business person, having gotten $11 million in income somewhere in the range of 2016 and 2017. Forbes stated that Kaji also earned about US$1mil from sponsored posts.

On April 19, 2019, Ryan’s Mystery Playdate was premiered starring Ryan Kaji it is an American live-action preschool television series created and produced by the company PocketWatch, Inc. The series is based on Ryan’s World YouTube channel, which signed an advertising deal with PocketWatch in 2017. In the United States, the show’s 20 episodes were acquired by Nick Jr.

Ryan’s World which is formerly known as Ryan’s ToysReviews is now one of the Top 100 most-subscribed YouTube channels in the United States. On November 1, 2019, Outright Games released a video game titled Race With Ryan, a racing game featuring Kaji and characters from the Ryan’s World brand, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows.

Ryan’s youtube channel was first influences by EvantubeHD which is also a TOY review channel and there where Ryan’s parents began to create videos that are somehow the same as EvantubeHD with Ryan’s presence. Kaji, who has been making content for YouTube since he

was three years old, also shared that he wants to be a game developer when he grows up. His family has since created a second channel called Ryan’s Family Review, which features the family completing different challenges, blogs and a tour of the family’s house. Most of his viewers are children between the ages of three and seven which is mostly from the US, UK, and the Philippines. His younger identical twin sisters Emma and Kate have also previously featured in his videos. Ryan’s World earning mostly comes from Product endorsement, affiliate marketing whereby the links posted from his video gest paid whenever viewers purchase the product links and thus he gets a commission and also from his Youtube channel itself, and merchandize product where viewers can purchase from Walmart, Target and Amazon. 

How to be a successful youtuber?

As for creating Youtube channels, think for “BRANDING”, this tells what you are, what you want and what you want to share. Next is “CONTENT” you have to create good and perfect content that would be more engaging for your viewer, For this try to be more at first educational and more at niche as possible, always think for what other people would be searching for from youtube. Be more searchable! Focus on more of the “QUALITY” of your content. Next is to have a community engagement and have the authority of your channel after building and creating it. To build a successful channel always remember to KEEP it Simple, Stay on your NICHE, be CONSISTENT, and focus on your QUALITY over QUANTITY. You need to consistently upload quality videos with content people find interesting, relatable and engaging.

Don’t focus on the number of subscribers’ growth, focus on the quality of your community, the comments on your videos and also your views that is what matters to continue the growth of your channel after creating it and sustaining it. Always make sure you have a clear INTENTION of creating your channel and a clear OBJECTIVE on moving forward.
