Yes! Sponsorship are Invite only!
If you are chosen to be a sponsored influencer, we will send you a sponsorship agreement.
Please review and if you agree with the terms, please sign it, and we will send you a free water bottle at no cost to you.
We also reward loyalty to influencers that stick with The Coldest Water. Over time, you will be sent more Coldest Water Bottles especially if you create epic content that stands out.
New Coldest Influencers will receive a 21oz bottle.
The color and size vary and is subject for availability. We send new Coldest gear out over time, usually randomly.
We reward brand loyalty with bigger bottles over time. You may also receive a bigger bottle if a team member really liked your content and decided to gift you a new bottle.
A tracking notification will be sent to your email once your bottle is ready for shipping. Depending on location, please allow 7-10 business days after signing your agreement from processing to shipping your Coldest Bottle.
For International Influencers, please allow 14-28 business days after signing your agreement from processing to shipping your Coldest Bottle.
The bottle does not need to be in the entire video. Please refer to the Sponsorship agreement.
Yes. You may work with other sponsorship during our contract.

You don’t need to complete the 10 posts within 1 month. The contract is for 3 months, so you have 3 months to complete the 10 posts. Example, you can create 3 posts the first, month, 4 the second month, and the last 3, the last month. Or you could create 1 video each day (max) and have 30 videos by the end of the month. It really depends on the influencer.

As long as they purchase within 45 days of going through your referral link, you will receive commission. A cookie is placed in their browser that lasts 45 days.
When you reach 10 videos, please reach out to the hunter that reached out to you requesting for payment.
Once the videos are reviewed, and approved, The payment will be send to your PayPal account that you listed on file.
Yes, while you can use the bottle to keep your preferred beverages cold or hot, we recommend water because it’s the healthiest 🙂
No. The only payment method that we have right now is PayPal.
Per the sponsorship agreement, you would be agreeing that any content you create with The Coldest Water gear can still be used, repurposed for marketing purposes even after the sponsorship is concluded.
For Instagram: The 10 videos/posts are specific to Instagram for earning the flat fee salary, but you are more than welcome to share content with Coldest gear on other platforms. Like Youtube, TikTok along with adding your ambassador/referral link in the description/link in bio to earn additional income.

No, our product is the water bottle. We will send you the Coldest Water bottle.
We only send payment after the work is complete so once you have completed 10 videos.
Once 10 videos is completed, and approved by the team, you will receive payment. A review process is conducted and if your videos are a fit for the brand, we absolutely would love to have you be apart of our team and continue to create videos for us.
You will receive your own Coldest Bottle.
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we are currently not shipping influencer bottles outside the USA.

Yes. the minimum age to be an influencer at The Coldest Water is 18 years of age.
Influencers between the ages of 14-17 will need signed parental consent to represent The Coldest Water.
Influencers of the age 13 and below are not be allowed to participate.
The Coldest Water strictly supports the privacy of children and abides by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (“COPPA”).
If there are any concerns of an influencer suspected to be under the age of 18 without consent or under the age of 13, please email [email protected] immediately and action will be taken swiftly.

Be sure to abide by all laws and regulations by the FTC. Influencers must disclose their partnership with The Coldest Water. All statements you make regarding Coldest Water products should be truthful and from your own personal experience.
How To Disclose:
- Place it so it’s hard to miss
- The disclosure should be placed with the endorsement message itself.
- Disclosures are likely to be missed if they appear only on an ABOUT ME or profile page, at the end of posts or videos, or anywhere that requires a person to click MORE.
- Don’t mix your disclosure into a group of hashtags or links
- If your endorsement is in a picture on a platform like Snapchat
and Instagram Stories, superimpose the disclosure over the
picture and make sure viewers have enough time to notice and
- If making an endorsement in a video, the disclosure should be
in the video and not just in the description uploaded with the
video. Viewers are more likely to notice disclosures made in
both audio and video. Some viewers may watch without sound
and others may not notice superimposed words
- If making an endorsement in a live stream, the disclosure
should be repeated periodically so viewers who only see part
of the stream will get the disclosure.
- Use simple and clear language.
