Freezing Instructions:
1. Keep the freeze sleeve inside of the supplied bag and place in freezer for a minimum of two (2) hours;
2. Once your freeze sleeve is cold, take it out of the bag and slip it on your treatment area;
3. Your freeze sleeve may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use;
4. Always remove your freeze sleeve prior to defrosting the freezer.

Much colder than store bought ice packs. More effective because it covers all areas of the foot without having to switch sides, like ice packs that don’t cover an entire area. Would buy again.

I’m not going to lie I bought the foot slippers ice packs because our ac broke down. However by the time I received the foot slippers ice packs the problem was resolved. What I didn’t expect was to breakout with hives over my entire skin. It caused me so much anxiety. Being desperate I thought of the foot slippers ice packs hoping to help me somehow.
It truly saved me from wanting to scratch. Within minutes I found myself able to handle my anxiety and it refreshed my whole body that was inflamed. Who would have known!!! They are keepers for sure.

I’m not sure if it’s ok to walk with these on but I’m going to say avoid doing so. I noticed a little gel coming out of the part where my heel is. Besides that issue, they work well and stay cold for a long time.
