Freezing Instructions:
1. Keep the freeze sleeve inside of the supplied bag and place in freezer for a minimum of two (2) hours;
2. Once your freeze sleeve is cold, take it out of the bag and slip it on your treatment area;
3. Your freeze sleeve may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use;
4. Always remove your freeze sleeve prior to defrosting the freezer.

I have chronic pain from compounded back injuries/issues, and recently slipped a disc that has me bedridden while I recover. The pain radiates now down to my ankle. I have used the large ice pack for years, but we needed more because we were using multiple Coldest ice packs at a time to cover everything at a time and the ice packs didn’t have enough time to re-chill. I came on to repurchase more of the large ice packs and saw the FULL BODY ice pack… WHAAAAT?!? YES PLEASE! I’m 5’8” and this ice pack covers me from my arm pits down to my ankles… love love love! I’ve since bought 2 more for the rotation. True to Coldest fashion, you can fold this to fit your needs and save space in your fridge or freezer (we put all of ours in the chest freezer because of multiple packs). I told my husband I feel like this is a JT cryotherapy session on a disability budget… and I’m here for it 1000%! Oh! The full body ice pack was an order of desperation while I was having Lupus Flares in the form of hives with the worst itch. Cold seemed to be the only thing to really calm it. I had already ordered the universal bottle from Coldest and absolutely love it so I was confident I'd be happy with the cold packs. I am very happy! Great for those night time hot flashes!! I put it under a thin quilt and lay on it and there's immediate relief 😮💨 Thank you Coldest!
