    Great product

We have several of these and they are all great. They stay cold for so long, the compression adds a nice benefit.

    This was a blessing!

Bought for my wife who was struggling with painful tendonitis from her wrist up her arm. After trying ice packs with no results, we found this device and it definitely worked! She loved being able to put just the right amount of compression everywhere she needed it at the same time! We definitely recommend!

    Limited use

This is like a blood pressure cuff with ice/heat pack. The cold/heat does apply to your skin well because the air pressure molds the pack tight against you... provided that it is worn correctly -- with a help from another person. The thing is difficult to use because the cold/heat pack has to be attached to the cuff which makes it bulky and then you have to wrap it around your arm using only one hand, then it has to be pressurized by squeezing the air bulb. You then close the air knob and then disconnect the hose so you can move around without the hose dangling. It is just awkward to use. Perhaps they can make the whole thing in one piece with built-in pressuring pad.

Coldest ice pack I've ever worn

Not sure how the folks at The Coldest Water do it, but their name claim of "coldest" checks out with my experience! I wish all ice packs performed this well
