6lbs down on my 1st month yet no ones still noticing that i’m getting smaller
haven’t changed much in my diet or exercise plan….. and in one week (with a few glasses wine here or there) lost about 5.5 inches and pounds ..more water and making sure that I do get enough protein. super easy
‘m the exact same I lost 16 pounds in one month. I don’t even notice the change when I take pictures but my pants are looser.
Literally took me 6 months for some people to realise that I lose weight. Hang in there
A lot of times people are afraid to say anything just in case they are wrong
Don’t worry about anyone else – your doing this for you & no one else, keep focused & they will soon begin to notice
