how much 80:20 rule works, to remain fit?
It all depends on how big you are. And how much you exercise. I used to train 6 hours a day. Could eat anything and not gain weight.
Never . 20% is gym 80% diet. If u understand me. Diet out weighs gym no matter how much u gym if u eat bad u will look bad
No losing weight is mostly because of what you eat try low carb diets or clean eating
That’s going to depend. You can eat water you want in moderation and still lose weight, but if you’re talking about eating 3 cheese burgers or a full pizza in a meal then no.
There is no simple fix. Learn to change your habits and eat a well balanced diet while being active
Yes it works and am 1of them my KGS was 97 but now am at 91 counting down to 70.
Eat what you want,exercise almost everyday you will tell me.
