Hips 1 ” down.
I do battle to do the dance sessions all in one go…..I do admire the ladies that get that right. Eating going well, but it just feels like so much food!

I understand your frustration. I can’t eat all that food either. But that’s ok. I eat what I can and when I feel hungry. It’s about eating clean anyway. I can’t always do the program every day but I am getting better than when I started six months ago. This is a competition with myself and no one else. That’s why I enjoy doing this at home. I would never be able to commit to a gym or exercise class.
