A bit disappointed......weight 3.5 lbs down. Bust 0.5 " down Hips 1 " down. I do battle to do the dance sessions all in one go.....I do admire the ladies that get that right. Eating going well, but it just feels like so much food! Onward and forward....

Why are you disappointed. That is great. Losing an average of 2 pounds a week will keep it off. Your doing great. Keep going and Finish the Fight.

3.5 lbs down in one week fantastic! A visual might help. Look at 3.5 lbs of butter and you will see that is how much fat you have taken off your body in 1 week! 1 in off your hips fantastic! Keep dancing it’s only going to get better

I understand your frustration. I can’t eat all that food either. But that’s ok. I eat what I can and when I feel hungry. It’s about eating clean anyway. I can’t always do the program every day but I am getting better than when I started six months ago. This is a competition with myself and no one else. That’s why I enjoy doing this at home. I would never be able to commit to a gym or exercise class.
