A diet tip for those who are looking to shared:
over the last year I learned to eliminate (1) non productive food item from my diet each month.
This process helped me lose 40lbs over a year while training hard.
Also this process didn’t make me feel wanting or increase food cravings. It worked for me. It’s about gradual elimination of negative foods. Try it. It may work for you!
I don’t know how many times a week you eat pizza but I bet it’s not something you “plan”…it’s probably more of a spontaneous decision, right? Try “rationing” your pizza intake by “scheduling” the days you’re gonna have pizza…you’ll have a “reward” to look forward to and you might even enjoy it more…maybe?
