Although the findings are preliminary, the high-protein diet also appeared beneficial for lean body mass. When did it ever make sense to give so much carbohydrate to people who are, by definition, carbohydrate intolerant???

I believe that the results would have been even better if the protein had been reduced to 15% with fat at 75% and carbs at 10%.
