A question for those of you with a compulsive eating past… did those feelings go away on their own? I’ve been keto for 2 months and am becoming fat adapted. However, even though I’m not hungry, I still have those compulsive overeater thoughts.

Yes. I’m a boredom eater. I have recently started crocheting or I jump on this group for motivation.

I struggle, only 6 weeks in – never hungry but could cave at any time I’m afraid.

Struggle is real…I think some of my problem is eating just is a habit for me, not eat to sustain a body.

You are not the only one. I want to eat even though I know I don’t need to. I still get thoughts about various carbs… and I know I clearly don’t need it or want it.
