Diet in check. Then: Squats , deads , pull-ups , push-ups , standing overhead press, standing rows. Hanging leg raises, planks, ab wheel, lower back extensions, leg raises, bicycle kicks, v ups, the list can go on and on.

They sat hanging leg lifts and bicycles work the best. Read about it. But also there is beginning advance and novice levels

Hanging or supine leg raises, heel touches (supine) weighted jack-knives, Ab wheel, forearm planks, Ab coaster with weights (if at a gym).. there’s more also, but these are just some that I personally do and enjoy.
