Guys am addicted to bananas.I eat 5/6 of them a day..is this good for my health
Bananas are packed with calories. If you want to lose weight you should eat less of them. Especially after the Gym session
banana is good for health, excessive leads to constipation
Constipation no they are laxative in nature but five in a day is just way to much coz of tje sugar present #too_much_of_evrytin_is_bad
Not an expert whatsoever.. but I doubt its good taking that much in a day. Read somewhere that a banana takes 24hrs to be digested.I think too many will constipate you
Keep toe nails short, use a seperate dry towel to dry inbetween toes. Dnt wear the same shows everyday, avoid synthetic socs
