This situation is a demonstration of the severe decline in the standards in education over the past one hundred years. My Daddy was born in 1908 and had only an 8th grade education but from his farming and dairy industry background knew how to fatten livestock, starch and fat-free food such as skimmed milk. The removed fat was valued by by everyone in those times. Today it takes a leading PhD specializing in nutrition and metabolism to understand the same thing. However most associated PhDs simply don’t have the educable capacity to even comprehend the subject. But they do possess sufficient larceny in their souls to produce bogus research studies for money.
