General question. For those that began Keto, without exercising. Then, started exercising (regular at gym, not body bldg or endurance running) after having been doing Keto for a month or two…what kind of changes did you see? Physical, appetite, energy, etc? Just curious!
Doing a good workout is essential to my success. At first, I did lazy keto. I had to stop doing that because I stalled. Now, I track everything and work out every day. 3x a week I go to Fit over 50 and do anaerobic exercise. I also do some cardio and a circuit on the weight stations the days I do not have class. It helps me to not be so dang hungry as I am really insulin resistant. I have also noticed my overall mood is better and I sleep much better. My waist is finally starting to budge a little more. Seems to be the last place for me to lose weight. Doing the right kind of workout is important.
