3 sets of 30 second planks every other day. 30-45 minutes of cardio daily… Eat clean. Strength training at least 2x a week

Check out Anowa Adjah, she has a CD called lose the gutt, keep the butt and she does a lot of other workouts aimed at the same, she has twins and was having a hard time getting rid of her belly

To lose stomach fat you must lose body fat in general. You can’t just target an area to lose.
Losing over all body fat will decrease stomach fat
