Almost done with week 2 and I’m down 7 lbs….10 more to go! I’ve been experiencing lack of energy and extremely weak legs (going up stairs, walking, etc) and it’s making my job nearly impossible. It’s been going on for 2 day. I hit my macros and drink my water. Does anyone know why this is happening all of a sudden and how to fix it?

Drink Pickle juice or bouillon. You need salt.

Get propel water, sip on pickle juice, or suck on pink hymalaiam salt trust me I had the same thing where I just wanted to sleep or rest too tired to do ANYTHING and either one worked.

One of the directors at work is in charge of the snacks and he too is KETO and brings me the pickle juice when pickles are done.

I sip pickle juice till the feeling goes away. Not too much. I had about 4-6 oz.

I tried drinking pickle juice today…..and ate a few green olives. It helped a lot! Thank you!!!
