you can also do a missed workout on recovery day to catch up, or if i’m going to do 2 or more in a day, i do it on a non-work day. you could also consider splitting the missed workout over 2-3 days so that you are only adding 20-30 min to your daily workout
I actually did 2 and sometimes 3 a day just because. I lost 24.1 pounds for the January challenge and won 1st place to my surprise. Lol
So yes, doing 2 absolutely makes a difference. You burn quite a bit of calories and tone up quicker.
