Okay I need advice on clean eating on a small budget. I do t know where to start. My budget for two weeks is about 140.00 and I have a family of three. Does anyone have any family friendly recipes or tips?

Veggie soup, tuna chicken breasts that are frozen and frozen veggies are cheaper also lentils and dry stuff like beans are cheap and go a long way

Spaghetti squash and meat balls. Green bell papers stuffed with onions and protein (chicken or ground beef) and cheese. And then a lot of hard boiled eggs, apples, and celery.

I make a big batch of turkey mince meatballs and spaghetti with wholemeal pasta and load it with veg like corn kernals peas carrot and 5 beans 1 kg meat and 1 packet pasta with all other ingredients makes 2 meals for a family of 5
