I have the same cravings at times. When I get a dessert craving I mix up one of my strawberry protein shakes and mix it with a product I have called orange hydrate, taste like a fruit loop and hits the spot. Truthfully the more protein throughout the day will help with the cravings and control
My best suggestion is to just keep trouble foods out of the house!
Willpower is BS, you have total control of your environment! If you know you want to change and know you can’t resist certain things, why set yourself up for potential failure?
Change your environment and the whole thing becomes MUCH easier!
