I’ve had IBS forever. For me, the only thing that has really helped me is taking psyllium husk. I used to drink Metamucil for years until I started KETO and realized Metamucil has maltodextrin. So I switched to psyllium husk capsules. I take 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM. Gives me tremendous relief. Give it a try. You may have to play around with the dosage that works right for you. I swear by it and I’ve got a long history with IBS-D.
