I need some lunch and dinner ideas that are lower calorie but that my husband and kids can also enjoy. Any suggestions? I am running out of ideas and feel like I am making the same things every week.

When I make food for a lot of people I tend to make burrito bar, baked potato bar, etc where people put it together themselves.

Stir fry is always a hit in our house I just skip the rice for myself. kabobs on the grill.

Keeping up with this for new ideas. But what I used to do.. Have protein, carbs and veges for dinner- ie mash potato, a piece of fish, steamed veges. Spouse and kids get it all, you have a piece of protein and double veges.
Another example is a piece of steak, some chips and a side salad. You have one piece of steak, double salad, husband and kids have the lot.
Worked for me for a bit cause cooking a separate manly meal, kiddy meal and diet friendly meal every night is time consuming and expensive.
