Any suggestions for getting my daily Greens? I struggle with this. I practice IF, so don’t have breakfast until 10am, but by this time I’ve already been at work for a couple of hours. Wondering if a smoothie would still taste as good 4-5 hours later.
Also practice I.F. and I use a stainless steel thermal to hold my cold and hot items, I had a couple of smoothies in my back pack stay extremely cold from 8am-7pm. You can also use them for salads as well, with a wide mouth S.S. thermal. Put what you desire, stick in fridge over night and enjoy the next day. We picnic and go on lots of adventures with our 3 year old, so we have to make sure we pack well, we live in New Orleans, so not many places we can go to that are compliant.
