Any suggestions for loosing my weight again....?

I started my weight-loss journey from September 2017. I have reduced 5 kgs (90 kg -85 kg) in 2 months. After that no weight loss or inch loss. Am on plateau til now.
On 1200 calorie diet, and doing workouts 5 days a week.

Any suggestions for loosing my weight again….

You should stick to certain diet and do regular exercise.

If weight loss has plateaued, then take another look at your nutrition! You make be eating more than you think you are! Watch out for those “hidden calories”!

Might check the glycemic load of the foods you are eating. Sometimes switching to lower GL foods helps, not always though.
