Why don’t you just start making small changes like cutting out some sugar. E.g. if your drinking sodas move to ones that have less sugar (it’s a start) why not start with just dancing around the lounge room for 5-10 minutes too (until you get your gym schedule going) small changes add up.
I found that counting calories helped lose weight. As long as you keep your calories down appropriately, weight will come off (until you hit the wall! ugh!). I DO workout however because muscle is healthier and more efficient, plus I like being fit. But working out doesn’t help me lose weight anywhere as easily as calorie counting.
To answer your question, there are no healthy supplements that will help you lose weight without other changes, however there are some that enhance energy naturally (without bad chemicals which make it harder to lose weight), and that fulfill your daily fruit + veggie nutrient needs.
