Any tips on getting the salt down?

Any tips on getting the salt down? I take 2 tsp a day (1 am and 1 pm) mixed with a little water and lemon. I don’t want to take the pills and salt stick chews don’t agree with me.

I get the pink Himalayan rock salt and just swallow it with water like pills. I do half a tsp in the morning and then just put lunches in my water and on my food thru the day; I may do another half in the early evening if I don’t think I’ve had enough.

I just put a pinch on my tongue and use some water to swallow it. I don’t like salted water, so this is a fast way to get it down.

I get at least a 1 tsp in chicken broth, I add in some butter for more fat too, try to add the other teaspoon in my food, I started to measure it out in the morning because I wasn’t getting near enough.
