Any tips to avoid sagging skin as you loose? Is it just the right exercises?

I am not an expert in any way but ive spent a lot of time reading about this topic. Preventing sagging skin has a few things that you have to take into account. One factor is age which i dont think needs a lot of explaining. Another factor is the amount of weight you are losing and time. The quicker you lose weight the more prone you are to get sagging skin, your skin is an organ and it takes time for it to adapt to the new body. Another factor is nutrition, the skin is a complicated organ that needs various nutrients in order to have elasticity, and another factor is hidration . So as long as you are eating a well balanced diet which is nutritious and youre not just counting calories and eating empty foods, stay hidrated and do some weight training to.encourage muscle development,.even if you do get some sagging.skin, it will go away

I was told sagging skin is either caused by losing weight too fast, or because you’re doing too much cardio and not enough weight training in your exercise.

Saggy skin has a LOT to do with your genes. If your mom was heavy or even has saggy skin from having babies then you most likely will too. And if you do have certain skin with low elasticity, then there’s not much you can do to prevent it… However it will adapt and shrink to a point.. but that is all… You can’t do any certain exercise to lose the extra skin but you can build your muscles under the skin to fill out your skin more.

I was so scared of this I looked everything up. So points on what I read:

1. Don’t be scared, it is better to have flabs than have fats dangling.

2. It will go away in time regardless how fast you lose it. The only difference is when you lose weight slowly, you will not notice the skin much. Some says give it 2 years (for extreme cases)

3. Most people crying over sagging skin is actually looking at stubborn subcutaneous fats, try losing fats until it is 10%(rip grammar, not a native). I actually saw a youtube video of a woman undergoing a sugery to tact in “sagging skin” when the doctor made the incision it was still 1 1/2 inch of fat…she could have still lost that.

4. You know it is skin when it is very thin like almost paper thin…and that dont really matter much xD

A body builder buddy of mine (try saying that five times fast) told me he would slather hinself in preparation h and wear compression clothing while he slept. Said it tightened his skin up before he would do shows.
