Starting my Day with Yoga practising and protein drink full of iron. And variations of planking 5 min. Then I have my coffees and proteindrink

I start my work out by doing some yoga poses and planks stretch for more mobility then I hit the stairmaster to warm up then I pump some iron then finish off with the stairmaster protein drink And coffee thats What makes my day! You look amazing!!
