I agree with you I got bored of cardio in alpha, although I do love speed as it feels like I’m dancing just finished beta which introduces weights and I’m about to start gamma tomorrow which 3/4 workouts have weights. I know we need a break but I feel the weights help push me and I start to see and feel it. (Def had this with insane focus – shaun week which I loved!).
I don’t like the cardio, but like the speed 1.0. Gamma does have weights and I like it better, but Alpha gets you ready for it. Second time for me, after a few years off and I didn’t want to skip Alpha because I knew it would get me where I needed to be to do beta and then gamma.
