Anyone else have a crazy vitamin regiment?

1. Fish Oil,
2. Centrum multi,
3. garlic,
4. potassium,
5. Magnesium Gives better R.E.M. sleep
6. Policosanol – Its an extract of plant wax.
The benefit is that it increases your HDL and
lowers your LDL cholesterol,
7. Alpha Liponic Acid Increases excretion of
toxic heavy metals. It also recycles vitamin C &
E for antioxidant protection.
8. Green Tea Extract EGCg Reduces
oxidative stress (anti-aging) and increases fat loss.
9. Potassium Assists in preventing fatigue.
10. 81mg asprin at bedtime
11. Gallon of water a day

I take glucosamine/D3 and creatine, and that’s about it.

I’m trying ZHA to see if it helps my sleep, but am not convinced that I’ll stick with it.
