Anyone else having trouble regulating their moods since getting healthy? I’ve been eating really healthy(at least compared to myself previously)for about 3 weeks and started working out this week and it just seems like my emotions are extreme or not at all. If I’m in a good mood it’s like the happiest and most optimistic ever. If something makes me sad it’s like instant tears and I can’t reign it in. I really would like to adjust now and be able to act like a normal person!
m happy on weigh in day but feel more bored and depressed on other days. It’s like something is missing. I think it will change over time after I am able to get around better and out and more active. But when you are a homebody with limited income for activities , ya know.m
