I just have 6 hour window to eat each day. I started it not to lose weight but to deal with my ongoing digestive problems. It seems to help with that problem at lot. I was already calorie restricting and working out, so I don’t know if it made me lose any additional weight.
I am loving Omad and fasting so much that I have now added 48 hrs fast here and there lost 22pounds in 4 month but since getting back to running 2 times a week, I Have not lost a pound but I feel great in my clothes so I know the magic is still happening.
