I just have 6 hour window to eat each day. I started it not to lose weight but to deal with my ongoing digestive problems. It seems to help with that problem at lot. I was already calorie restricting and working out, so I don’t know if it made me lose any additional weight.

I intermittent fast … where I stop eating at 5pm and start eating at 2pm . It’s been my life for a while now

I am loving Omad and fasting so much that I have now added 48 hrs fast here and there lost 22pounds in 4 month but since getting back to running 2 times a week, I Have not lost a pound but I feel great in my clothes so I know the magic is still happening.

I have a meal bar for breakfast … Muscle milk for lunch… And a light dinner chicken. Veggies or a salad with some type of protein

For ultimate weight loss I believe in eating the right amount of food to support your life system and to give you the energy to exercise. One meal a day might work for awhile but you won’t do it forever.
