Anyone else use chia seeds in shake????
Ground chia seeds and flax seeds delicious and filling.
I do, but I have to grind them… if not they are, idk-chewy, gummy? Just different.
Yep in every shake. 1 tablespoon is 60 calories but adds 5 grams of fiber and 2 grams of protein. I do put them in my blender though.
