Anyone give advice on what I should eat or do? I always seem to be hungry no matter what I try which leads to me eating quite a bit, I’ve even tried high calorie food and that didn’t work.

Fill up with good stuff like veggies and salads, at least 50% of your plate should be veggies. Also make sure you’re getting enough fiber and protein so that you feel full!

You can eat unlimited vegetables. I don’t count my vegetables in my calories at all which leads to salads for snacks if I ate too much that day. A lot of times you think you’re hungry but you’re actually thirsty. Also maybe try intermittent fasting.

Eat foods high in protein to feel fuller longer. Also drink lots of water because that’s been a huge help with my appetite. And I know it may sound silly, but maybe try using smaller plates so it doesn’t take a lot of food to make a full plate. They say you can trick your mind into feeling full faster this way.

Only eating for so many hours of the day. An example is eat for 8 fast for 16. It sounds like a lot but if it’s at night you can sleep through half of it. I don’t eat until noon and stop eating at 8pm.
