You can eat unlimited vegetables. I don’t count my vegetables in my calories at all which leads to salads for snacks if I ate too much that day. A lot of times you think you’re hungry but you’re actually thirsty. Also maybe try intermittent fasting.
Eat foods high in protein to feel fuller longer. Also drink lots of water because that’s been a huge help with my appetite. And I know it may sound silly, but maybe try using smaller plates so it doesn’t take a lot of food to make a full plate. They say you can trick your mind into feeling full faster this way.
