I started 1/9 with my recruiter at 215 now Iā€™m down to 204 after my weigh in this morning. If you enjoy eating fried foods try to only eat them once or twice a week and pretty much I just eat vegetables very low fruits (Berries if any) and exercise five days out of the week 45 minutes to 1 hour.
