I started 1/9 with my recruiter at 215 now I’m down to 204 after my weigh in this morning. If you enjoy eating fried foods try to only eat them once or twice a week and pretty much I just eat vegetables very low fruits (Berries if any) and exercise five days out of the week 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Have you heard of mindful eating? It’s a really great process to pinpoint what’s going on mentally and conquering that. Being more aware of your food choices and how much you’re eating. Its a healthy way to eat and live, no major “diet” or strict plan to follow.
