Anyone have any diets to follow I’m at 250 right now wanna try and get back down to 180 doing t25 alpha beta and Gama DVD’s plus gym and lifting but need help on the food part.

I’m doing weight watchers, and it’s been extremely effective if you stick to it! There’s an online version for about $20/month, and if you didn’t want to do that, try MyFitnessPal, tracking your foods that you eat every day. Try to stay low sugar and low saturated fat.

Low fat! If you stick to lean meat, clean carbs and loads of fruit and veg, with limited fats, you’ll lose weight.

Best diet is to try and cut out all processed foods , so you can still have food you like but you prepare it yourself with fresh ingredients, that at tracking calorie intake.
