Well, I cant think of a better group to ask this question. After a recent blood test I was notified my T was very low and was prescribed this. Anyone have any personal information they can add to this? Will this help my workouts?
I always find it interesting that the medical community almost always “prescribes” some pharmaceutical “remedy” for a condition as opposed to educating their patients on a natural (i.e. Diet/Nutritional and Exercise) solution to their diagnosis. Low testosterone levels in aging men is normal if nothing is being done to counteract it. BUT….anyone, or almost anyone, with the exception of someone with serious physical impairments, can remedy or reverse most all aging related hormonal decreases via diet and exercise.
