So I’m on a roll lost 9 pounds.. feeling awsome eating right. Today a couple at a church my husband visited brought a fresh baked loaf of cinnamon bread. It was all sweaty and sweet smelling. When I took it I wanted to cry. Because I knew it would taste so amazing and that was so sweeet. We agreed to bring it to my dad lol.

You made a good choice to give it away.
No matter where you are you’ll face choices to make.
Eat healthy and have occasional treats, but it’s a lifestyle not a diet.

I’ve been tempted a lot of times but i just say to myself “how many calories does it have? Is it worth it ? It looks good but is it doing any good to your body?” & that is how i resist temptations

Most people know I won’t eat bad stuff anymore, so they don’t even ask – they just skip over me

When that happens again ask yourself, do you want to look good naked to feel good about yourself or you want to eat this piece of bread who provides quick pleasure that surely wont last long

When someone offered me food i just say a firm no, because at the end of the day its gonna be my choice. It tests us wheter we want instant pleasure or delayed gratification.
