I’m taking one – I am concerned about my skin, so I spoke to a friend who is a DO and he suggested collagen. So far, so good! I’m down about 40 pounds and I haven’t had a skin issue. It’s shrinking nicely as I’m shrinking. I’m also dry skin brushing. That’s really helping a lot and my skin feels so good!!
I drink bone broth at least daily; well until I ran out! I picked up a container of organic, grassfed collagen powder and it is quite lovely; it is beneficial for your skin, joints, hair, and gut. Most of the powders are flavorless (unless you buy flavored) and textureless – mine melts into my beverage – hot or cold – without complaint or lump.
