 I have been doing Zumba 3 nights a week and I feel your pain. Not sure if I am using tendons or ligaments that usually don’t get used or what it is.

 Its like the worse feeling ever  now i cant attend any other classes cause my ankles are a mess and i have no support

That sucks. Soak your feet up past your ankles with some Epsom salt. I also stretch mine before and after plus throughout the day like this. You can’t tell but my foot is turned so tgat it is on the outer edge. The stretch after a while feels really good.
