Anyone tried MCT oil for constipation issues and had good results?
I had “good results” without being constipated. Had to lay off it for a few weeks so I didn’t have more “results”.
Magnesium & calcium combo will keep you as regular as the daily meal.
I had issues but backed off cheese, started drinking cup of hot tea with MCT in it each night. 17 days in and getting little more regular.
Phyllium husk powder does the trick too.
I have chronic IBS and it’s working for me!!!
