I am actually on it now started about a week ago and its working out great so far… At the begining it was hard to figure ot what the best schedule would be but I finally got it and I am fasting for 16 hours and the other 8 hours I try to eat moderated amounts of food. I love it cus I can eat anything I want in small portions but I satisfy most of my cravings.
I intermittent every couple weeks plus I cellular cleanse once a week. It helps rid the body of toxins, once you understand the timing of intermittent fasting it can can help with fat loss. Obviously once you break the fast it should be with high quality protein
