You can eat more healthy food e.g less carbs, more of your fruits, vegetables e.t.c to avoid weight gain. Exercise too to lose weight
You can also use cucumber slices lemon slices ginger turmeric in a large jug and drink it throughout the day. Green tea a least 4 times a day.
Warm water helps me with being regular I struggled with chronic constipation for too long
