Supplements are necessary no matter what. Taking a good multivitamin and other products to fill the gaps in our nutrition.

Our food is not the same quality as it used to be, and many don’t have the convenience to get all the nutrition they need in their busy lives.

Nutrition is but supplements are not necessary. People can obtain outstanding results without supplementation. I myself have reached my genetic potential for the year without using any supplementation other than protein powders here and there.

I use them because I’m at college and I’m limited to when I can eat, so I use cheap protein 3ish times a day, pre-workout because I love invisible spiders and a sleep aid because I can’t sleep worth a shit. Although as said above, Nutrition should be the most important thing

Shocker everyone that says you don’t you will be SHOCKED!!
I have learned we do . Ok first we can NOT get proper minerals vitamins in today’s society and what’s readily available to use.Organic or not . Why are soils are so depleted of minerals and more .
Also if we are not having pre and probiotics daily your body is filling with toxins . Believe it from or foods and water. Also if you drink coffee NEWS that is the most herbicide product your consuming.
The problem is we all have nutritional gaps and when we are not filling them it leads into health challenges and obesity .
I lived that way and I will say there is no way I am going back to felling like shit .
It’s a Experience you have to experience before you say anything
