Are we allowed to have any kind of Chile in the Keto Diet?
Just skip the beans add celery peppers zucchini mushrooms and any other veggies you like.
We make a chili with no beans no macaroni add zucchini it’s the bomb.
For sure you will burn more calories.
I just called 5 different restaurants around my house to see who had chili with no beans found one!
Chile is great just remember that ground beef and tomatoes have carbs so you have to be careful with portion size. It is very filling so you don’t need much to fill you up.
