As a diabete and have hyperthyroidism what’s a good eating plan??
Watch your carbs and count those calories. I keep an actual food diary so I never ever go over.
It’s harder for us to lose weight so everything must be counted!
Consistent carbohydrate diet. Google it. It’ll help your thyroid to be eating frequent small meals as well. Don’t try doing any intermittent fasting until you are well.
Low carb diet. Not too low though. You want to stay around d 60 carbs per meal and around 15 for snacks. Try not to have soda or any sugary drinks. That includes juices. If you’re going to have soda, make sure it’s diet.
Diabetics should always MINIMIZE carbohydrates.
